Sefa Koseoglu filed a breach of contract suit against the Texas A&M University System, the Texas Engineering Experiment Station, and his supervisor Mark McLellan contending that they breached a settlement agreement between Koseoglu and Texas A&M negotiated to resolve an employment dispute.
