The Agricultural Labor Relations Act (ALRA), Labor Code section 1140 et seq.,*fn1 provides for direct judicial review by the Court of Appeal of certain orders of the Agricultural Labor Relations Board (ALRB). It states that in such review, "The findings of the board with respect to questions of fact if supported by substantial evidence on the record considered as a whole shall . . . be conclusive."
